Gym

MEMBERSHIP TERMS:

  1. The gym is unmanned. Therefore, when joining the gym everyone will be given an induction on how to use the equipment properly and safely. If at any time you feel you need some more help or advice please ask at reception, where someone will assist you.
  2. Nobody under 16 years of age is allowed to use the gym.
  3. If you are not taking regular exercise, make sure that you contact your doctor before using the gym.
  4. For safety reasons, please inform someone at reception as you enter and leave the gym.
  5. You have unrestricted use of the gym, between the hours of 7am. and 10pm.
